MAKRO

I did order online at makro made an instant payment the parcel were supposed to be send with the courier within 2-5 working days. I am so dissapointed the operator at the call centre were supossed to come to me regarding when the parcel will be picked up with the courier did not receive a call phoned in the other day and then they told me the courier did pick up the parcel and it will be delivered within 2 days.... still nothing and the best is when I track it online it only shows packed and that the courier did not pick up the parcel yet by the store. so now i am confuse the operator or the online tracking system is lying
