MAKRO - AWFUL, AWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICE

Well its Makro again. I don't know what possessed me to order on-line from them again. I ordered a floor cleaner for R7999, it was charged to my credit card a month ago. After 2 days I received an email saying the order was cancelled. I phoned and enquired why, to be told that there was no stock. After another week I received an email saying that a credit had been passed - but after a month, its still not reflecting on my credit card! I have bought it to their attention, but they have done nothing, nothing. Never, never again. #***4
