Makro - award for worst online company ever

Makro is the worst. I ordered xbox games online for my son for Christmas on the 18th of December keeping the 3 to 5 day delivery in mind, Christmas has come and gone and still nothing. My son was in a state when no gift got delivered by santa for him, I had to spill the beans and tell him what is going on. Makro surely made this our worst Christmas ever. No response on emails or fb post or fb messages only gets a lsme response 4 days later and the whatsapp just keeps on sending the same thing. NEVER EVER WILL I MAKE USE OF THE AMATURE COMPANY!
