#Makro @Makro #MakroOnline your online shop is an absolute shambles. My order from 29th May has still not been received after 15 calls, a refund request that never got processed and several 'we will call you back' and 'we have no control over the 3rd parties we use'. Today I asked the support administrator to read back the notes from the previous calls to see if we were making any progress and was told they do not have access to the notes and I got cut off.
