Makro at it again with their **** service and broken appliances

I purchased a microwave from Makro in Dec 2024. As usual, any appliance from Makro stops working after a few months. I called in and was asked to bring the microwave to a store, even though i purchased the microwave online. I then called in again today again and was told not to take it to a store but to call a technician out. Makro, what sort of mickey mouse business are you guys operating? please get someone to call me and resolve this as i am tired of your pathetic service.
