Makro- as good as facebook marketplace ****mers

Maybe you’ll help me now Makro.. placed an order on the 4th of October. You keep telling me order is PROMISED on the 13th of October. Still waiting. Tracking update still reads as order placed. WhatsApp line useless, call centre useless, I see you actually reply to people on here. Imagine being so inept you have more efficient staff responding to negative reviews than actual customer service! You invite suppliers to sell on your website, you accept payment but wash your hands when your suppliers don’t deliver! I absolutely regret purchasing through Makro for the second time this year. The only reason I was assisted the first time is because I delivered the defective item to one of your stores and placed it at your entrance on a month end Saturday and refused to budge until it was replaced.
