MAKRO!!!! ARROGANT IN *********** CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!!!!

I had a very bad, actually terrible experience with Makro, their customer service is absolutely shocking!!!! They don't communicate and just cancel your order, especially one arrogant individual named Matshidiso, she has the worst customer relations in the whole of makro! Just cancel my order without prior communication, I'm still awaiting her manager Craig Nkosana to contact me! I must be hosnest, I have never been treated with such little customer respect nor dealt with such incompetence as to following up and calling from my side, the question dear South Africans, IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE? I WOULD PERSONALLY NOT SUPPORT MAKRO EVER AGAIN IF THIS IS THE WAY THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS!
