Makro are ******* with useless support staff

Received a delivery of an online order after TWO MONTHS of waiting and endless excuses, however only one of two items ordered were included in the delivery. Two weeks later and no feedback from Otsiele Boikanyo, Tebogo, Edwina Smith and Andrew Grant.

This is the 9th hellopeter complaint I've logged for this particular order. I want an explanation as to why there's a flat out refusal to deliver what I've paid for.

Every complaint logged is met with a generic response and no further feedback, or at best a phone call promising some follow up communication that never materializes.
