Makro Are *******

I purchased a chair online from Makro. The chair was unsuitable and informed them that I wished to return it for a refund.

They advised me that they would collect the chair and refund my money by way of EFT transfer.

Its been more than two weeks and they're still making excuses as to why they have not refunded my money. They now have my money and my chair.

Clearly their returns policy doesn't include returning the customers' money.
