MAKRO ARE *******-THEY TAKE GOODS AND DONT REFUND YOU
THIS IS NOW GOING ON THE 4TH MONTH, AND MAKRO HAS STILL NOT REFUNDED ME, THEY HAVE PICKED UP 4 OF THE ITEMS AMOUNTING TO R623.00, AND I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS, THEMBI THE TEAM LEADER SEEMS TO MAKE BROKEN PROMISES, THEN ON THE 16/5/25 I SPOKE TO KAMGOLE AND PALESA, AND THEY PROMISED TO GET THE TEAM LEADER TO PHONE, STILL NO ONE PHONED,LATER IN THE DAY SIMPWE FROM RECOVERY PHONED AND I TOLD HER I NEED MY REFUND, 2 WEEKS LATER AND STILL NO REFUND. MUST I WAIT A ENTIRE YEAR BEFORE MAKRO PAYS MY MONEY, THIS IS REIDICULOUS

I DONT NEED ANY ITEMS RETURNED, YOU ALREADY FETCHED 4 OF THE ITEMS ALMOST 3 MONTHS AGO. ALL I ASK IS THAT YOU REFUND THE BALANCE OF THE R623.00 VIA PAYFLEX, YOU ONLY REFUNDED R189, I NEED THE OTHER R434 URGENTLY, ITS THAT SIMPLE, STOP CONTINUSOUSLY GIVING ME EXCUSES , YOUR APLOGIES MEAN NOTHING AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC

Good day Naomi NaidooWe hope this email finds you well.The return request for MAK*** has been declined, as it does not comply with Makro Marketplace’s 14-day return policy. This is nonsense, What do you mean, ALl 4 items were not used, sent back within 8 days ,So dont give me different storiesIf MAKRO is dealing with third parties, that is makro's problemI paid from payflex ad payflex paid you, So give back my monies and STOP making me wait for itSTOP making excuses for your negligenceCourier guy picked up the goods, the same way it was given to me, so what nonsense is thisYou come and tell me this after 3.5 months.Dont make sensePay back my money
