Makro are theives...

What is happening??? How is Makro getting away with all these complaints of bad customer service and our goods not being delivered? I am still waiting for the rest of our order to be delivered, after basically ruining our Christmas. Half the order I had to go buy again somewhere else like milk and dog food because the order took too long. We are still waiting for 12 x 1 litre orange liquifruit juices we ordered specially for Christmas. Our Makro order was placed and paid for on the 27th November 2024, we are still waiting, today is the 6th January 2025. This is theft!!!! How are they getting away with this??? This needs to be turned into a Carte Blanche story. All these reviews, thousands of us are being ****** from.
