If only there was a zero star option!

I placed an order on 30 April 2020 and i had not received it.

When i track the order online it showed handed to courier on 2 May 2020.

I received an SMS stating that the order was handed to the courier and to be on the lookout for an SMS from the courier on the day of delivery.

Till today , friday 8 May I have not received an sms or my order.

I contacted you guys and was advised that you have contacted the store which will be providing feedback to you which you will provide to me.

I have still not received any feed back from you, only to login onto my account to track my order and find out it is now on a delivered stays???

Who was the order delivered to? It certainly was not me as I would not be sending this email if I had received my order!!!!!

Also I have not received my refund for the out of stock items and was charged a R90 delivery all of a sudden when the initial delivery fee was R50 when I paid for my order!
