Makro are *******, I'm taking them to court if matter not resolved this week...it has been 6months worth of excuses and no action

Makro are *******, they take your money and give you broken stuff and then take months to replace broken item or refund you. When following up weekly and staying on the line for 30min each time and paying that bill, I just get different excuses, from you have been refunded but no POP can be provided me, or they are in process. It has been 6 months...I have had it with Makro. If I do not have a replacement inverter in my hands or the refund monies in my bank account by Friday 7 July at COB, I am taking Makro to court for theft (as they took my money and nothing provided therefore, just excuses), I'm done spending hours on the phone every week with the same excuses for the past 6 months. ******** business practices. I need to pay the hefty phone bills following up 3 times a week as well as the cost of no inverter at ho.e as I'm working from home. I'll sue them for all expenses incurred due to Makro's unacceptable business practices.
