Makro are completely useless!!!
I purchased a product online and returned it due to be faulty, I was advised that a refund would be processed and to due more than a month later im still waiting
The staff at the customer service call centre are there just for the paycheck and are completely clueless.
Manager still hasnt called me back after almost two weeks.
