Placed an online order, they take your money but then tell you its out of stock? So when you pay they do not allocate your goods before taking your cash which is THEFT. Then when you ask for a refund they say 10-14 working days, so they have hundreds, maybe thousands of online customers out of stock cash in their bank while you sit out of pocket. Its theft, earning under false pretenses and a disgrace.
