Makro are ****** and ****s who *****s your money and tells you lies for months to shut you up!!!

Empty promises time and time again. You have rep**** more than a month ago that this matter will get urgent attention and would be resolved...no one have contacted me via email or phone, I have to follow up 3 times a week and no one has come back to me or can supply me with proof of payment that I indeed have been refunded. And each time I pay the cellphone costs for 30mins plus, this number is not free on a cellphone. I have had enough and going to take this matter to the ombudsman tomorrow if the monies is not in my bank account by then and I'm also gonna contact the CEO of Makro via LinkedIn and inform him of the pathetic customer service and lies I've been told over and over and also post on all social media that Makro is pathetic and ****** who sell you broken stuff and refuse to refund you and tell you lies for months that you are refunded, but cannot provide POP of refund.
