Makro are a bunch of ****ing rogues.
Makro is the worse ****ing place to purchase from. Honestly the service is disgusting. Last month i placed an order. They canceled my order without advising me and took fifteen ****ing days to refund my money. This month after i paid for my order they now tell me certain items are out of stock. So they will refund instead id ****ing calling and offering a substitute. They take so long just to pack a order what the **** is happening to service delivery in this country.

03 Mar 2023, 09:34this is not good enough, i really dont have time for an apology i want the things i paid for and i want it without a delay. the order was placed on wednesday i should get delivery by sunday. not early next week i am not willing to accept any excuse further, and by the looks of it i am not the only customer who has continuous issues with makro. Once again service delivery and standards in south africa has deteriorated to no extent.
