Makro Arbour Crossing Amanzimtoti in Durban

I wrote about the service we received from Makro and they responded privately promising to attend to the matter yet they still not helping us..... They keep on telling us to take the unit, they won't give us the money back..... I'm talking about the generator that did not last even a day.... I am so ****ed....
