Makro Arbour Crossing Amanzimtoti

I am so disappointed with the service I received at Makro Arbour Crossing... I am running an ice cream business. We bought a Generator at Makro,unfortunately it didn't have enough power to sustain our fregirator.... Following day it stopped working then we took the unit back to the store and we asked for the money back because the unit failed to serve the purpose and it also stopped working

The managers there refused to give us the money, they started telling us about the contract THEY SIGNED with Ryobi of which we were never informed about, when we were buying the unit.

All the mangers there are so RUDE, They keep on sending us from pillar to post and what is so annoying now,

Saturday 11 February 2023 I went there and they promised that they would call on Monday 13th but they did not call

Yesterday 14 February, I went to Enquire ANOTHER MANAGER who I was referred to said They not giving us the money back.... I can take the matter anywhere I want to.

The whole manager speaking so rudely to the customer.

Hello Peter please help me to resolve the matter.... I don't want their unit ANYMORE just want my money back
