Makro apply terms as they please. We not all equal!

Please note that Makro does not apply rules evenly as it seems they somewhat discriminates. I place order for Meerlust Wine. People I know also placed orders and received their orders either collect in store or by delivery. I received email to say Makro made error on website and orders will be cancelled then directed to go read their terms.

I asked them a few times why my order was cancelled for a bottle but people I know received orders of 6 or more bottles with no issues and their orders place after mine. No proper answer just read terms and that is it.

How rude and poor customer service. No wonder Massmart is struggling. Why would one return to shop with attitude like this.
