Makro appalling service

The service from Makro is extremely appalling, I placed and order on 27 June 2023. They delivered half of the order and gave 2-5 days turnaround to deliver the other items. It’s now almost two week and I haven’t received any update on when I will receive my order. Even after making a follow up. This is frustrating and demonstrate how unprofessional they are. Clearly, they are failing to manage the online service
