MAKRO, appalling service.

I have had terrible experience with Makro, so called MAKRO CARE. They should call it Makro NO CARE.

I inquired about a Trojan Exercise bike that hes been out of stock for more than two months. I was contacted two days later by a representative form MAKRO care named Nomathamsanqa Mkhonza. The representative stated that Carnival Mall store had stock and should purchase it there. I sent a colleague there immediately to purchase the bike. Guess what, there was not stock. Wasting off time and money.

I informed the representative, Nomathamsanqa Mkhonza , that there was not stock and a plan had to be made. This was 5 days ago, no response until now. I am being ignored.

And the worst part, the bike is on promotion, BUT not STOCK, and no stock for months??? What logic is that??

Makro will follow the same path as Dion Wired, closed in a few years.

Absolutely poor service and feedback.
