Makro appalling experience
MAK*** order placed 30/11/2019 and no delivery to second items. No responses to dm's, whatsap and numerous emails sent. You spend 30 minutes on a call to be told they will let you know progress on order, to never hear from them again. Today the status has been updated to delivered and completed, yet I don't have my items. Most unpleasant online service ever experienced! 29 days later and still no goods delivered. I will never walk into their stores ever again.
