Makro appalling and possibly ******* online trading

Makro is no longer a store that keeps stock on hand-their online stuff is ALL from 3rd party suppliers and the service is DISGUSTING. I ordered on 6th November ,6 items in a single order-after the fact 2 were out of stock and EVERY one of the orders was delivered by DIFFERENT couriers on different days which is obviously EXTREMELY inconvenient Final delivery date was quoted as the 12th November-on the 15th November I get a message that there is no stock of 1 item -3 days AFTER it was supposed to be delivered-and that my refund will only come through on the 5th December-a FULL month after they had already banked my money. So they are ROLLING money for a month knowing full well there is no stock-that is I gather HIGHLY *******.The excuse was it was a 3rd party supplier-I don't care,I paid YOU and you should not be advertising items online AND accepting money knowing full well you cannot fulfill the order. Disgraceful and devious-bought a lot from Makro-NEVER again
