Makro app purchased order

I purchased a washing machine on the 19 September 2025 on the Makro app and I paid cash R5600 but even today they have not delivered the machine. The delivery date was supposed to be on the 23rd but nothing happened I even wrote a message to them they left a reference number and promised to call of which they did and they said it coming on the 27th of September I waited the whole day but they did not deliver. I googled their number called them again but still nothing happened I even went to the nearest Makro in Springfield to get assistance still they didn’t they said the other is not with them it by north warehouse and they can’t give me their number I’m very hurt with this experience I even asked if for a refund they said they can’t assist this is very heart breaking as I suffer with arthritis my old machine broke that why I was buying the new
