Makro App order cancelled by store

Makro online ,makro National call centre , makro liquor woodmead , what a bad experience. I ordered 10 bottles of Ciroc and 1 bottle of wine Order completed on the 5th This morning to my surprise , part of my order is cancelled , no one bothered to communicate reason for cancellation, upon calling the call centre spoke to Thembelihe who told his system is offline and he will call me back , After 3 hours took it upon myself to call again and I was told my order was cancelled by makro woodmead. , I called makro woodmead and spoke to Milicent what a pleasant lady to talk to , who transferred my call to the store manager, and my call was not picked up. Can I kindly get clarity why my order was cancelled , please review section 23 of the Consumer protect act .
