Makro app liveness attempts confusion

My Makro credit app gives me the error "you have exceeded the number of liveness attempts" I have tried to call them, with no avail. Every agent pretends it's not their department and will send me from pilar to post. Al I am trying to do is pay my account without having to visit the store. Please hep
