MAKRO and WUMDROP

THIS IS FOR MAKRO MARKETPLACE: I am writing to express my ongoing frustration regarding the issues I have been experiencing with WumDrop courier services for my orders. As a Makro seller, I rely heavily on timely collections to maintain my business operations.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have faced problems with WumDrop. Last year, several orders that were meant to be collected went unattended, resulting in cancellations from Makro. More recently, today’s scheduled collection did not occur, even though their website states that they arrived and the order was not available. This is simply not true, and the discrepancies are causing me significant financial loss.

Despite numerous complaints to Makro about WumDrop, it seems that no effective action has been taken to resolve these issues. I am increasingly concerned about the lack of support and resolution regarding this courier service.
