Makro and Wumdrop are terrible to work with

I bought an urn bucket from Makro in July this year with order no MAK*** and I received it and the same day a guy from Wumdrop came to collect this same urn maybe cos I was at work and it was delivered to my old parents so they took advantage and he didn't sign anything that shows it was taken. I've been in contact with Makro since then and they attempted to deliver again and I wasn't around so it ended there. It seems as if I'm lying when I'm no longer saying anything and I recently bought the same urn at takealot so I am no longer interested in it I just want to warn people about that Wumdrop courier that it has ****** maybe they took that urn and sold it cheaper somewhere but I have learnt to never buy anything from Makro especially online imagine I bought something that costed thousands and this happens how do I prove it that it was indeed collected? I tried on Twitter and Facebook and emails to reach out so my query was ignored in a way.....Terrible experience 🙃 be careful now that black Friday is around the corner to not be ****med your money while trying to save
