Makro and Wumdrop

I placed an order with makro online for my business . I received some of the items as a split order. I am still waiting for a deep freezer that I placed on the 28th of November. I checked my online profile and there is an error massage was that says my order was not delivered because I was unavailable. . I cant recall receiving a call or massage from Wumdrop with regards to the delivery. I have lost business income for a month because of this inconvenience.
