Makro and value express im so Angry 😡

I have received a very bad treatment with makro south Africa online services , i ordered on the 29th of August paid my order. The same day my status shows handed to courier which is value express, i called makro was on hold for 7 mins when the ladies comes back say she doesn't have the tracking number i must give her a turn around of 24/48 hours , i personally called value express the person who answered the call told me my name.and surname doesn't show any parcel reguested the makro order number still the nothing.i dont get answers from makro and value express what about my money , what about the status that says handed to the courier i emailed.them even today on respond on my email

Did you read my msg i didn't get anything i paid and im still waiting for the delivery read message please dont make me angry 😡😡😡🤬🤬 i have a feast this weekend want yo to use those iterms
