Makro and they *********** staff

On the 6th of Jan I placed an order for delivery and paid via payflex, it was successfully paid and I also paid my portion to payflex , but the order didn't update to paid so I cancelled it , even tough it was successfully paid , everyday I have been requesting my refund and they dump agents give me different stories everyday, I want my refund I sent proof of payments , reference number, screenshots and still nothing, everyday story is it's escalated to finance, I'm still waiting, i have to pay payflex for something I didn't get from makro , the service is becoming pathetic
