Makro and their supplier are providing incomplete orders and *****ing monies

Purchased a Speaker and Mike system from Makro in Jan 25. The order was from Makro's online supplier and was delivered with parts missing and the box open. We logged a query the same day, and advised Makro, but Makro did not consider the complaint. They even went as far as to say I cannot give the vendor a 1 star for poor service. To date I am waiting for a refund, yet nothing has happened and Makro even say I cannot return the incomplete product. Makro with its suppliers seem to be in the game of *****ing monies from customers and no way for us to contact them. Their support is non-existent as well.
