Makro and their lies
Makro has had my order and I received an email on 3rd of April that it has been dispatched paid in full with delivery cost for 2 weeks lies after lies with empty promises. No item, no feedback on where the item actually is. After asking to get the item or refund non has come from this. Fedup worst service ever.

13 Apr 2019, 15:27Thank you for your response I have been on the phone with Makro for the last 4 days with a phone cost of R250 were I spoke to different people. Promise was made that I will receive a voucher of the amount of the item on Friday afternoon before 17:00 cause being fed up said I dont want the item anymore cause it is just taking to long and I would rather go and buy it at a company that can provide it to me and dont have to wait. Cause it is very urgent at this stage. Which then they phoned at 15:00 stating that it would be delivered last night (12 April) but will be after hours. Numerously they said they will phone me back which only happened twice.
When I phoned today non of the persons I spoke to was there to answer why the promises was not kept
I even phoned the courier company myself and they told me that they have not even received the item. (Spoke to Ronel from Dawn Wing)
So people I spoke to with empty promises was (Sorry didnt get all the surnames and spelling could be wrong)
Martin (Do not have a surname)
Busiswe Radebe
Anthony (Was the manager promising me the voucher)
Ntabiseng Mo***eng
Unfortunately I did not get all the names but believe you can trace it on your system with the calls being recorded and promises not kept
