Makro and their courier guys Failed Me Big Time...
BAD Service from Makro, I placed an order online, on the day that I was told to expect my delivery, hours later I received an SMS saying my order was canceled, how? I don't even know, I called them they gave me the courier guy's contacts the courier guy claimed he asked his company to call me, I didn't even receive nor see any missed calls, it's all back and forth of calls, worst part there's my baby's formula in therr.. Makro told me I should wait for a reschedule like how??? I'm sooo sooo disappointed

13 May 2025, 11:37I will be waiting for your feedback and as soon as possible my child is only 4 months she doesn't eat anything except Palegon that I orderd on time and paid for only if I was made aware on etime to make other arrangement
