Makro and the courier they use suck

If you want to save yourself headaches, do not order from Makro Online. The courier they use, Courier Guy, is absolutely useless. It has happened twice now that his company completely got lost as to where the town is where they have to deliver - one wonders whether they do not have road maps! The product I bought was eventually delivered 11 days after ordering, and six days after it had been promised by an e-mail from Makro. In the process, no-one at Marko was able to tell me where the product was and when it would be delivered. Only my own interaction with Courier Guy helped me to find out where the product was and how the delivery company kept on rerouting because of their inability to locate a town in South Africa.
