Makro and RCS unknown account affecting my credit score

I got one of those makro card loans to buy a washing machine for R5k last year and have been paying the account diligently ever since. However today when I log into my credit profile it shows that I have two accounts with Makro..the one of which i dont even know and never signed and no money comes from my account! Guy i spoke to from RCS cards seems he has no clue on how to help me except to give me some standard e-mail address and the frustrating thing is this information is provided to the bureau by Makro and not by me yet they seem surprised by it! Now its affecting my credit score.
