Makro and RCS terrible service

Terrible service! I have contacted customer service about 6 times in the last 2 weeks and they just refuse to respond. I will be shopping on Takealot, they're a lot more courteous and reliable. If I am having these kinds of issues just trying to get a response imagine what would happen if I actually BOUGHT something from Makro. I doubt it'll even arrive!!!
