Makro and RCS Poor service for unblocking a card

Makro and RCS is pathetic when it comes to assisting.

Don't know why there is an RCS counter in store if they cannot do anything from there.

I have been waiting for more than a month now to have my card re opened after using my insurance during lock down with no success. Makro simply points the finger at RCS and says it's out of their hands. Although it is now the 2nd debit order repayment that has gone off since I requested the card to be unblocked.

You simply have to wait for whenever they respond.. No deadlines.. No time frames.. Just hurry up and wait. Makro you will be losing all my business since you cannot work with your "suppliers" to get a simple card unblocked so I can purchase at Makro again. Please escalate this poor service to the RCS team so they are aware that RCS is costing you business...
