MAKRO AND RCS ****MED ME!

In April 2026, I got a call from Makro to offer me a ONCE OFF voucher for R299 to the value of R500. I confirmed this and they said the voucher would be sent to my phone number via SMS. However, this amount was debited from my RCS account FIVE TIMES without my consent. When I called Makro to sort this out, I was played a recording of where I accepted this offer, where the agent did not mention a MONTLY SUBSCRIPTION ONCE! However, on their side they keep saying that the agent mentioned that it was a monthly subscription AND that I consented. The worst part is, I have NOT RECEIVED even a single voucher to use! This is not a **** by a third party, this is a **** MAKRO AND RCS THEMSELVES! They claim they cannot see whether the vouchers were redeemed, and are REFUSING TO REFUND ME!
