Makro and Raleigh ... Pathetic!

On the 2nd Dec 2021 I purchased a 24" mountain bike for my son. During that same month the bike started giving me problems (rusting, front tyre wobbling and got smooth, breaks and de railler broke). In January 2022 I took the bike back to makro amanzimtoti. I complained that it's ridiculous that I am experiencing such problems with a bike I just bought. I was told it has to get repaired. After it was repaired I fetched it and purchased new tyres. To my sorrows the bike broke again( breaks and de railler again) . At this point I am fuming because I requested either my money back or a new bike because there was obviously a manufacturing issue with this particular bike but they refused. I have since taken the bike back again (mind you I am paying for this petrol driving from the bluff to toti) I was called and told that I must pay for the repairs which I disagreed to. I don't see why I should pay for a bike, that was giving problems in less than a month of having it, too be repaired. This is the worst service I've ever received from both makro and Raleigh. Absolutely pathetic!
