Makro and Part serve messed up my laptop

I got back my lenovo laptop from makro after 54 days they with held it. They gave me a ridiculous quote.

Anyway, l looked for a lenovo place to get my laptop fixed in Cpt Part serve , they say my laptop doesn't have *****s on. Ironically they are same company Makro contracted to look at my laptop when l returned to them.

I explain to them they are the ones who did return my *****s now charging me R300 for a ***** and my laptop has 13 *****s.

I emailed Makro no response yet. Part serve won't put back my *****s unless Makro says so.

MAKRO HAS REALLY MESSED UP.
