Makro and our Refunds

Haaai Makro I have been waiting for my refund for almost 2 months now all they do is to ask me to send details but they never bother to send, I will never buy Makro online ever again, especially if I will have to get a refund how hard is it to transfer a refund in such a big company, haai I'm very dissatisfied
