MAKRO AND MDV DEBT COLLECTORS ******ION TACTICS

On 14/0815, Siphokazi Hlatswana called me and and gave me a settlement amount of R1 796 on an account I have with Makro. I paid the amount on 18/08/15 but Siphokazi called back and said I owed an extra R406. When I objected to the ******ion and demanded to speak to the manager, it did not happen.I then called Makro to inquire about my account, I was told that they can't access my account as it was handed over. I then called MDV on 07/09/15 and spoke to Nisha who told me that the R406 are charges for when they call me(answer/no answer) and sms's. I told him that Siphokazi never explained that to me and I got the settlement amount from her to close my account. I asked him to find a recording where they explain the charges and he proceeded to tell me that he was just assisting and Siphokazi must deal with it.On 08/09/15 Makro called and told me I owe them R406 which I explained the incompetence of their debt collectors and how i will not be ******ed of money.I settled the account and will not be paying for sms's or calls they have or will still make. They still have not fixed the Sony tv i bought from them 2 years ago. They sent a technician once and never returned.
