Makro and Makrosure Service arw BAD

I did complain about no service i got from Makrosure i try to solve now for more then 3 weeks a problem i have with my top loader washing machine i brought ftom thrm in Nocember they did come back to me a week ago and since yesterday i sent mail ask what is happening no reponse. Do not get insurance from Makro they do not help you when you have a problem Will nevrr buy anything from a Makro store because off this service
