MAKRO and JUST SIMPLIFIED SA DELIVERY TIME IS EXCESSIVE! NO HELP

From Makro online and through PAYFLEX On the 23rd March 2025 I ordered a Just SimplifiedSA Complete 8 Channel CCTV D.I.Y Kit with 900TVL HD Day, Night Indoor & Outdoor Cameras - Includes 500GB HDD Wired Sensor Security System R 3,699. 00 and ordered it from Macro. WOW! two weeks later I still have not received it. My order number is OD*** and delivery was promised on the 28th April. On Saturday 29th March I went to Makro and here is the thing; they took three hours to trace the order! AT 12h00 I received a call from ZETHU ***) who said the parcel will be delivered on Monday. Monday came and I phoned Makro again to find out what time the parcel will delivered. Once again, after several calls, to and fro,MAKRO finally discovered this order was via a third party called Just Simplified SA and Makro cannot do anything about a non-delivery. WHAT? It seems MAKRO could not be bothered to escalate the delivery because in their words, the delivery is READY TO SHIP, so where is my parcel? It has now been two weeks.
