Makro and Hisense lies and misinformation

The working relationship between Makro and Hisense is absolutely shocking and no regard to customer support and resolving an issue. The lies and misinformation given buy call agents and supivsors on both sides makro and hisense are so disgusting. In times today to depart with your money to purchase appliances which are neccessities in a house hold. Our family has worked hard to purchase these item and nothing works have logged two call with hisense many hours on the phone to makro but no resolution in sight. I have a oven which has been paid for in full but does not work after trying to call the two Companies but no postive outcome or feedback. This process began on the 18 December 2023 till now. Can anyone assist all we get told on email your call has been logged it will take 72 hours and yet nothing happens. Why then take my money and not give the service in return. Can anyone please assist.
