Makro and Hisense aftersales **** service

Bought a Hisense washing machine. 1year later the belt stretches. Logged a complain to find out 5 days later no results or respond from them . Eventually when the team arrives, they say that the belt needs to be replaced. I am a motor mechanic the belt was not changed nor did I see the damaged belt replaced or the old damaged belt. The guys just tightened the old stretched belt for all I see . Sent out an email in regards to the ****py repairs done . Had 1 call only and still waiting for makro or hisense to get to me. Still waiting now since 1st complain 25th January 2023 with a string of emails forwarded
