Makro and Hisense

Bought a Hisense washing machine in February 2022, of which it comes with 2 year warranty. Last Friday it stopped working and they sent a technician. He just opened it and saw a ****roach in there and declined my warranty saying it was damaged by ****roaches. Like how can that be? So now I'm stuck with a 4 month old washing machine that is not working.
