Makro and Flourish Lifestyle creations ****ming people

I ordered a door at Makro online,through Payflex payment.This door is advertised as fully slated horizontal aluminium,although budget.What I received was a frame made of Aluminium and the inner part where the slates are looks like thick Perspex with a sticker inside to look like aluminium in vertical form.I returned the door to Makro,but on the tracking it doesn't even stipulate that they collected the door.If my refund is not payed back soon,I will contact the ombudsman.As ive been contacting Makro,but nothing gets updated on my tracking.They think they can **** the people and get away with it.I do not care if it's a third party selling this product it goes through Makro online,they are responsible,i wonder if they vetting the sellers.You messed with the wrong person, falsely advertising.You better pay back my refund.Today 26Sepetember more than a week since supplier received the door back.No refund is made and im still paying for something i do not have in my possession .Flourish lifestyle creations if no refund is made i will open a case at the police station.
